Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for sales department and marketing department, Deal with customers’ complaint timely.
2. Develop and design training plan & textbooks independently, provide all kinds of technical training for sales、distributors and new employees.
3. Provide technical consultant and support as customers’ request, and coach customers using the lubricant correctly.
4. Product support and improvement, Make the judgement according to lubricant test report and provide after-sales support, also provide lubricant technical consultant, guidance, related technical training for marketing department & sales department & customers
5. Solve the technical problem of the work independently, recommend type of the lubricant and compile technical material base on technical date.
6. Translate English technical material and related document to Chinese, and translate Chinese material to English.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, Graduate from 211 university could be advantage;
2. Familiar with related lubricant knowledge, 5 years related experience in lubricant company, Factory mechanical equipment maintenance work background will be advantage
3. Familiar with all kinds of vehicle-use and industrial lubricant mix technology, could make the formulated oil independently, have related product development capabilities.
4. Above 3 years experience on lubricant after-sales support, lubricant test, lubricant research and related parties, Familiar with lubricant market condition, especially the supply chain of vehicle-used/industrial lubricant; Familiar with vehicle-use/industrial lubricant preparation and application.
5. Have solid knowledge of car engine and transmission, have the unique insights on technical problem of engine, gearbox; Also with the knowledge of engine oil and gearbox oil, Familiar with the automobile maintenance work will be considered firstly.
6. Provide technical support independently, have the ability of market judgment and development, strong organizational ability,
7. Fluent mandarin and English, familiar with office software,
8. High sense of responsibility and could work independently, strong ability of communication and interpretation,
9. Frequent travel up to 50% of working time

技术支持工程师

职责：
1．为销售与市场部提供售前售后技术支持， 及时处理及跟进客户投诉；
2．独立开发设计培训计划和教材，为销售人员、经销商及新员工进行各类技术培训；
3．根据客户的要求，提供技术咨询与支持，指导客户正确使用润滑油；
4．产品支持，配合改进，根据油品检测数据判断润滑油品质及进行售后支持，为市场及销售部门和客户提供润滑油技术咨询、使用指导及相关技术培训；
5．能独立解决工作中遇到的技术难题，可根据机械参数进行油品型号的推荐及技术资料的编制；
6．技术资料及相关文件的中英文互译；


要求：
1．正规院校本科以上学历，211大学毕业更好；
2．熟悉润滑油相关知识、有润滑油企业相关工作经验； 有工厂机械设备维修工作背景优先考虑
3．熟悉各类车用润滑油/工业润滑油调配技术，能独立调配相关油品，具有一定的产品开发能力；
4．三年以上润滑油售后支持/油品检验/研发或相关专业技术经验；熟悉润滑油市场状况，特别是车用润滑油和工业润滑油供应渠道；熟悉车用/工业用润滑油的调配、制备和应用；
5．具有扎实的汽车发动机和变速箱理论知识；对变速箱、发动机的技术问题有独特见解；对发动机油、变速箱油有理论和应用的知识；熟悉汽车维修保养工作优先；
6．能够独立完成技术支持，有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，有极强的组织管理能力；
7．流利的普通话和英语，熟练操作办公软件；
8．高度的责任心和独立工作能力，具有较强的沟通与讲解能力；
9．能适应频繁出差，预计一半的工作时间需要出差。
