General Role
Mainly responsible for distribution operations to the stores. Reporting to Logistic Assistant Manager on regular basis. Better understands and works towards achieving the department goals.
主要负责货物配送到店铺的运作。定期汇报给物流主管。更好地了解和完成部门目标。
Main Responsibilities:
1.Daily operate all distribution operations for stores :货物配送到店铺的所有日常操作
？ Handle operations linked to distribution within Logistic department 处理物流部门与配送有关的操作
？ Ensure efficient communication with stores 确保与店铺的有效沟通
2.Daily operate with 3PL transport suppliers: 与第三方物流供应商的日常操作
？ Handle operations linked to distribution 处理与配送有关的操作
？ Ensure pro-active communication with suppliers 确保与供应商的及时主动沟通
？ Check invoices 核对费用
？ Report to supervisor any difficulties 如遇困难，向主管汇报
3.Perform reporting (weekly and monthly) for Logistic department.完成物流部门的报表（周报、月报）
？ Support stores during all regular and special proces
