职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1.Ensures all duties of this position are carried out according to safe work practices, consistent with corporate safety policies.
2.To help grow our business by providing advanced technical support and solutions for product improvements and new product developments in the Industrial Paper Core & Tube industry
3.To implement Paper Core & Tube technology strategies into the China regions
4.Analyzes alternatives and develops solutions including custom developments.
5.Provides technical analysis and solutions for application developments and key technical support initiatives.
6.Work together with our Sales team and with Operations on new products, customer technical support, productivity projects, and technology transfers
7.Leads project teams to execute productivity and growth initiatives
8.Develops and maintains product development processes to include funnels, timelines, and other pertinent documentation
9.Supports technical service, quality, process improvement needs and feasibility studies for new products and new business opportunities
10.Visits and works closely with our customers to understand their needs, issues and opportunities.
11.Visits and works closely with our plants to understand their needs, issues and opportunities.
12.Helps Sonoco become the acknowledged technology leader and solutions provider in Asian markets.
13.Any other related responsibilities as and when instructed by Management.

Qualification & Requirements:
·BS Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Textiles or related field.
·Minimum 4 years of working experience in textiles(Film/Paper)industry.
·Good communication skills and can work well with colleagues at different level.
·Self displined and motivated.
·Can communicate well in English and Mandarin both written and speaking.
·MS office essential, such as word, excel, PPT, etc.
·This position requires travel accross China.
