岗位职责：
1、熟悉本岗位各项工作流程，稳重大方，责任心强；
2、负责制定培训计划、管理计划、预算计划；
3、参加项目经理主持的部门例会，总结当月工作，制订下月计划；
4、负责发现运作中不合格的服务项目，进行跟踪、验证，处理客户投诉；
任职要求：
1、三年以上同行业工作经验；
2、曾担任五星级酒店/大型商超/银行/住宅/商务楼的保安、保洁、绿化行业，或物业相关项目的项目经理；
3、具备独立主持一个或多个项目的能力。
