职位描述：
主要工作职责:
1、根据销售部门提供出货计划按要求制作出货单，发送给上海和北京合作物流公司仓库(下面简称仓库)安排出货，并跟踪物流公司的配送情况，及时反馈给销售部门。协调处理货物配送以及签收等环节的异常情况。
2、核对物流公司返回的签收单据，确保有效签收情况与实物相符，并做好签收单的收集整理归档工作。
3、根据仓库的进出退货情况，核对各项明细，在公司ERP系统中做相应的数据录入更新工作。
4、负责定期核对物流公司库存账与公司ERP系统库存账以及签收单据，确保账账相符。做好物流公司库存表盖章件的收集归档工作。
5、负责上海和北京仓现场盘点工作，整理盘点签字资料提供盘点报告，及时处理差异情况，确保账实相符。
6、负责核对仓库每月物流费用清单，包括与签收单据、公司ERP系统数据等核对工作，确保物流费用数据准确。
7、定期提供仓库库存库龄报表，发现高库龄产品及时反馈。定期提供仓库各项运作数据的相关KPA报告。
8、负责对合作物流供应商的日常管理。了解当地第三方物流市场，适时搜寻潜在的合作物流供应商。
9、完成中转仓负责人、物流经理安排的其他相关任务。

 工作要求
学历 ：大专以及以上学历，物流、管理类相关专业。
工作经验：三-五年以上物流、供应链相关工作经验。
性格 ：性格开朗，态度认真
知识及技能 ：
1、熟悉快速消费品物流仓储配送作业流程，有与第三方物流配送中心协调管理能力。
2、具备现场管理和第三方物流仓储配送各项数据整理及分析能力。
3、掌握office常用软件操作能力，熟悉ERP系统操作。
