职位描述：

1.Responsible for the monthly employee payroll for PPL SH,and validate for PPL HZ and Solar Gard QD.
2.Maintain and update HRIS, ensure the information accuracy and updating.
3.Manage all employment related matters including but not limited to new staff registration, contracts renew, probation review, transfer, exit procedure , support employee to apply Shanghai Hukou/Residence and etc.
4.Arrange social insurance, housing fund, supplementary insurance , IIT declare and other related benefits, follow up with any updates and movements.
5.Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on C&B function.(Monthly report, OT data, salary budget, annual salary adjustment and so on)
6.Collect and manage HR reporting both locally and globally on time and accurately.
7.Manage employee's personnel files.
8.Employee leave management.
9.Other work assigned by line manager.

1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Fresh graduate is acceptable but nice to have 1 year related working experience.
3.Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
4.Attention to details and accuracy.
5.Quick and smart learner and team work player.
6.Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel.
