Reports to: Area Manager of China & Taiwan

Responsibilities
I. Business management
？ Work with the Area Manager, to track and enhance retail sales productivity in all stores,
via recommendation of optimum staffing levels, stock levels, assortment and tactical sales action plans
？ Recommend level of temporary staffing and manage relevant budget and agencies
？ Turn business insights into action plan to deliver retail growth: identify on an ongoing basis opportunities
to enhance and issues which are affecting retail performance
？ Work with management team to define KPI’s and prepare a KPI report on a monthly basis
？ Work with internal and external partners on monitor and deliver animation and promotion activities among the scope channels
II. Retail and Training
(1) Permanent Staff // Travel Retail
Together with the Area Manager, in charge Recruitment and Motivation of the Sales Staff:
？ Recruitment: Together with the business partner take an active part in the recruitment of the Hermes
Parfums Beauty Consultant team to create a high performing retail force
？ Schedule: Define an optimized schedule for our permanent sales staff
？ Motivation: Implement and follow up together with Area Manager on Incentives schemes
(2) Staff Training & Coaching // Entire Territory
In close coordination with the training department in Hong Kong:
？ Ensure implementation of training guidelines throughout the retail network
？ Lead in store trainings and coaching on a regular basis to develop the retail teams
？ Be the liaison with the HK training team to educate the BC and store teams’ product knowledge, sales
techniques and customer service
Responsibilities
？ Graduated from a business degree
？ A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Perfume/Cosmetics industry as Retail or Training related. Experienced in key account field coach would be a strong plus
？ Excellent communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with strong ownership
？ Business oriented & result driven
？ True team player and able to manage multiple tasks
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin. French would be a plus
