职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、执行公司销售政策，不断完善销售网络，完成辖区内招商、销售指标；
2、负责招商区域销售和渠道建设，审查与评估代理商，安排商务合同谈判、签订及回款工作；
3、负责客户资料的搜集和整理，建立客户档案；
4、负责客户日常电话沟通、定期拜访及回访客户，做好客户问题的解答；与重点客户建立并保持良好关系；
5、做好市场调研、客户分析工作并及时反应市场信息，完成上级领导交办的其他工作。


任职资格：
1、具有2年以上招商、销售类工作经验；
2、熟练产品知识、招商流程、招商技巧、合同条款以及市场操作模式；
3、有出色的客户服务意识、较强的业务拓展和人际交往沟通能力；
