职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. 接听客户关于财产保险及人身保险的产品、保单、操作流程、理赔的咨询电话，产品包括但不限于包括：
a) 商业险
？ 货物运输保险
？ 责任保险
？ 财产保险
？ 出口信用保险
？ 特殊金融保险
？ 中小企业险
b) 消费险
？ 意外健康险
？ 医疗保险
？ 个人休闲旅游保险
？ 商务旅游保险
？ 家居财产保险
？ 外籍人士意外健康险
2. 提供货物运输保险、责任保险、团体意外伤害保险、环球商旅通业务系统客户端的操作支持。
3. 回复客户的咨询邮件
4. 回复客户的在线咨询
5. 根据流程规定，协助客户跟进相关事宜
6. 处理客户投诉及监管机构转介的投诉个案

1. Handling inquiries from customer on products enquiry, policy enquiry, operation process, claims enquiry, payment enquiry. Product lines include but not limit:
a) Commercial Line
？ Marine Insurance
？ Casualty Insurance
？ Property Insurance
？ Trade Credit
？ Financial Line
？ SME insurance
b) Consumer Line
？ Accident Insurance
？ Health Insurance
？ Leisure Travel Insurance
？ Business Travel Protector Insurance
？ Home Guard Insurance
？ Global Heath Insurance
2. Help desk for customer on Marine insurance, Casualty insurance, Group Personal Accident insurance, Group Business Travel Protector declaration system
3. Handling email inquiries and requests
4. Online chat handling
5. Follow up call service issues
6. Handling complaint case from customer and CIRC referral


Responsibilities:
1. 大专或以上学历
2. 善于与人沟通，善于聆听及有条理地表达自己
3. 有客户服务或电话中心经验，理赔受理，投诉处理工作经验者优先考虑
4. 较强的自我情绪调节能力，乐观
5. 积极主动，学习能力及适应能力强
6. 能适应在压力下工作
7. 可以接受轮班工作
8. 大专或以上学历，国语、粤语流利，懂英文，有一定英语口语能力尤佳
9. 打字速度快，中文打字速度要求每分钟40字以上

2. Good communication skills, good at listen to others and express
3. Have customer service or call center experience; auto insurance, claim notification handling and complaint handling experience preferred.
4. Be optimistic and good in self emotion control
5. Be active, quick learner and self adapted to changing environment
6. Can work under great pressure
7. Accept the shift arrangement
8. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, good comment of English, good oral English is preferred
