职位描述：
岗位职责:

-By constantly reviewing the cost and income relationship of the department to ensure no wastage or overcharge.
-By ensuring the Service Agreement and all pre-determined standards in volume and quality are met, continuously improving productivity and quality, and establishing good working relationship with internal customers through effective communication.
-By developing and implementing staff career progression plans, in-house training plans and job rotation plans for all staff, timely recognition of outstanding performance, team spirit and monitoring the completion of performance reviews for quality and timeliness.
-By ensuring all operations are performed accurately and timely according to laid down procedures, adequate contingency procedures are in place, data protection requirements are fully observed by all staff at all times, and internal/external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulartors are implemented in a timely fashion; containing compliance risk in liaison with the Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators.

任职资格:

-MPF license mandatory, IA license
-Good presentation , communication, negotiation skills and customer service skills
-Excellent negotiation skills, sales planning and team-building experience Comprehensive knowledge of retirement fund / provident fund concepts
-Comprehensive knowledge of government ordinances e.g. Occupational Retirement Scheme Ordinance, Trust Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Employment Ordinance, Privacy Ordinance, Sex and Discrimination Ordinance, Bankruptcy Ordinance
-Sound knowledge of retirement schemes policies and deeds
-Good knowledge of accounting and mathematical concepts
-Sound analytical skills
-Strong command of written and oral English
-Computer literacy
