职位描述：
底薪3500-4000，做五休二，有员工餐，夜班另有补贴

1、Greeting guests
跟客人打招呼
2、Answering questions-accurately and politely
礼貌专业地回答客人的问题
3、Answering the phone
接听电话
4、Handling cash and other forms of payment
收银
5、Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge
展示专业的产品知识
6、Determining guests’ needs - by actively engaging them in 1-on-1 conversations and informing guests of product features & benefits
确定客人的需求并积极推荐符合的产品，告知客人产品的特性和优点
7、Suggestive selling - using proven techniques (i.e., related items,higher-quality items, transitional phrases)
引导客人（如附带产品、高价产品等）
8、Maintainingacleanandorganizedstore
保持店铺清洁，随时整理货架
9、Maintainingproperproductstocklevels–throughretailpulls&inventories
保持店铺里有适量的产品库存量，根据店铺销售量和盘点数量
10、Displaying Retail product – through HRC’s visual display standards
根据硬石的视觉标准陈列零售商品
11、Performingopening,closing&sideduties–cleaningglass,polishingbrass,sweeping& vacuuming the floor, folding、product, etc
负责店铺开档收档和营运期间的日常工作，如清洁橱窗、扫地拖地、整理货架、补货等
12、Assuringthecompletesatisfactionofeachandeveryguest
确保每一位客人满意
13、Creating memorable experiences
努力让客人留下难忘的购物体验
14、Entertaininggueststo create“Raving Fans”

Job Requirements include:

1、Must be at least 18 years old
年满18 周岁以上
2、Lifting up to 30-pound boxes to receive/move product
衣服到货时收货并整理库存
3、Standing,forupto8+hours
能持续站立工作8小时以上
4、Maintaining a well-groomed appearance(“havingaplan”)
保持仪容仪表整洁
5、Following all uniform guide lines
遵守制服标准
6、Practicing all general safety & sanitation standards
遵守安全和卫生标准
7、Recycling products, where possible
及时收回客人试穿过的衣物和衣架等物品
8、Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere

9、Demon strating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and asense-of-urgency
