职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITY
1、Assist in coordination between company and bank/tax bureau
2、Payment documents prepared
3、VAT invoice certification and purchasing
4、Assist in U-soft bookkeeping for weekly and monthly report including AP, AR, cost, revenue, expense, GL and banking
5、Assist in Fixed Assets management
6、Assist in Inventory management
7、Assist in external audit and CIT annual filing
8、Voucher and financial documents filing
9、Daily administrative support
10、Other jobs assigend by GM
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
1、College or University Degree, major in accounting is preferred
2、1-3 years accounting experience
3、U-soft is preferred 
4、Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
5、Responsible and detail oriented
6、Team player and customer service oriented
7、Hard working and eager to learn more

Bookkeeping experience or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Highly motivated, energetic and willing to learnAbility to maintain confidentiality
Ability to use independent judgment and initiative
Ability to work with interruptions in a high-energy environment
Ability to process new information quickly
Strong organizational skills
