Job description
* Collaborate with account and key stakeholders to develop and manage the top-line financial plan for an account (group f accounts) across business units. Proactively manage and measure the business to ensure profitability.
* Responsible for assisting business unit head planning and operations to drive business planning and execution, including monthly business review, marketing review, special project implement, yearly forecast etc.
*Responsible for searching and collecting industry/market database, providing data analysis for business review, forecast, or specific topics.
* Provide routine business performance report and refresh.
* Cooperate with Business Development Head and BD team to provide market insights on macroeconomics and related markets.
* Gathers and reports all competitive activity and marketing research for better understanding of the industry environment and competitions.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and related field.
* At least three year experience in data analysis, data crunching, excellent affinity of number and data analysis, good data crunching skill by using MS excel or access or Brio.
* Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions.
* Strong team player and ability t work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business.
* Scalable to be hands-on operation and strategic thinker.
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
