职位描述：
Job description:
1. Be responsible for quality inspection of SHOES and garments. Establish and improve product quality control system；
2. Overall responsibility for all the Inspectors (part time and full time) in SOUTH of China, including but not limited to Guangdong and Fujian region.
3. Supervise the reliability and integrity of inspection results; Solve quality problems and take preventive measures.
4. Regular quality meeting with relevant departments, notify quality inspection data, formulate preventive measures; Collect, count, and analyze quality information to provide theoretical guidance for the relevant departments and quality control work.
5. Be responsible for the information delivery, inspection, supervision, and enforcement to factory of company's quality concept, quality standards, operating requirements and others; Assist in the evaluation on supplier's development and cooperation performance.
6. Through the daily management and monitoring, achieve the predetermined financial management target of the pre-set section within the jurisdiction.
7. Develop, motivate and lead the team to ensure continue improvement of the ability and enthusiasm to achieve various goals.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than five years, Give priority to have the experiences in QA manager position or have the experiences in manage a QC team(at least 10 inspectors).
2. With strong professional background in factories, can do factory audit, risk assessment, and develop quality analysis plan.
3. Excellent communication skills, be good at promoting the implementation of the work and delivering the company's philosophy and requirements.
4. Have good ability to analyze and solve problems; strong control of garment and shoes quality and delivery.
5. Ability to achieve high quality, feasibility report of quality inspection data.
6. Strong negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to solve the problem of contract.
7. Integrity, professional attitude, can complete challenging work
8. Business travel requires often.
9. Need to work in Hangzhou office one week per month .

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责鞋类和服装的质量检验工作，建立和完善产品质量控制系统；
2. 全权负责包括但不限于广东和福建区域的所有***与全职验货员的整体统筹管理。
3.检查督促检验结果的可靠性、完善性，解决质量异常和采取预防性安全措施；
4. 定期与相关部门召开质量工作会议，通报质量检验数据，制定防范措施；质量数据汇总、统计、分析，为相关部门和品管质量工作提供理论指导依据。
5. 负责公司质量理念、质量标准、操作要求等信息向工厂的传递、检查督促执行；协助对供应商的拓展评估及合作绩效评估。
6. 通过日常管理和监控，达成事先所辖板块预定的财务管控目标。
7. 培养、激励和领导下属管理团队以确保其能力不断提升、积极性不断提高并促使各项目标的达成。

岗位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，有过实际的QA Manager经验，实际管理过QC团队的优先考虑；
2、 具有极强的工厂专业背景，可以做验厂并且进行评估风险，制定品质分析计划
3、 具有良好的沟通能力，善于推动工作执行和传递公司理念要求
4、 具有较好的分析和解决问题的能力，对服装和鞋子的质量和货期进行有力的控制；
5、 对质量检验数据分析有可以自主完成高质量、可行性书面报告的能力；
6、 谈判能力强，责任心强，合同问题能够跟踪解决；
7、 品格良好，职业立场坚定，可以完成挑战性工作；
8、 能适应经常性出差
