职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
This position has the responsibility to guarantee that the Quality Management System is in accordance with the adopted standard of reference and is carried out and maintained in an adequate way, particularly for the activities to prevent Non-Conformity, identification of Quality related problems, proposals, launch and verification of the implementation of the Corrective Actions. It is responsible for the preparation of a Quality Improvement Plan.
1. Coordinate all activities aimed to realize the Quality Management, both for the product as for the process;
2. Takes care of preparing the quality policies;
3. Take charge of a broad mandate to act and ensures the company that the standard of reference is implemented correctly and effectively
4. Maintains a direct information channel with the Management, HQ informing them periodically on the performances of the System and on eventual improvement needs
5. Promotes and constantly maintains the presence of the Client’s needs in the whole organization.

Job requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in technique or management;
2. Excellent knowledge of the quality standards and procedures of manufacture;
3. Good knowledge of pneumatic products and their function, familiar with material and technical drawing and knowledge;
4. Mastery of lean production;
5. Mastery of regular measuring tools;
6. Good knowledge of discrete measure and statistic;
7. Able to work in English;
8. Team worker, good communication and decision-making ability, troubleshooter, strong consciousness for quality and leadership. 举报 分享
