1、Opening doors, where applicable
准时打开餐厅大门
2、Welcoming and thanking guests
欢迎和感谢客人
3、Answering questions - accurately and politely
礼貌且专业地回答客人的提问
4、Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area
保持等位区的整洁有序
5、Answering the phone
接听电话
6、Directing guests to areas & restrooms
引导客人至用餐区和洗手间
7、Assisting servers, bussers and managers
协助服务员，清洁工和经理的工作
8、Performingopening,closing&sideduties–cleaningglass,polishing
brass,sweeping& vacuuming the floor, wiping menus, restroom
maintenance, etc.
负责开档，收档和营业期间的工作，如清洁领位区域陈列品玻璃橱窗、工
作台、整理菜单、扫地拖地等
9、Assuringthecompletesatisfactionofeachandeveryguest
保证每位客人的满意度
10、Creating memorable experiences
努力让客人留下难忘的用餐体验
11、Entertaininggueststo create“RavingFans”
努力使客人成为“铁杆粉丝”


Job Requirements include:
