职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities:

Works under the general direction of China Compliance Officer and assist China Compliance Officer:
1. Works under the general direction of China Compliance Officer and assist China Compliance Officer:?
2. Establish and update China compliance management framework and mechanism, from external regulatory requirements and internal corporate compliance policies;
3. Develop, review, release and implement series of compliance management policies pertaining to external regulatory and internal corporate requirements;
4. Report any identified regulatory reportable compliance issue to external regulators, AIG China local management, and escalate it to AIG Regional Compliance Officer;
5. Timely deliver compliance related reports pertaining to external regulatory requirements and internal corporate compliance policies;
6. Monitor and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems and controls as required by regulatory and corporate compliance policies, and timely follow up with mitigation and control solutions;
7. Carry out specific responsibilities and projects assigned to the compliance, including but not limited to Anti-money laundering, Anti-corruption, Anti-fraud, etc.;
8. Provide compliance trainings in coaching management and employees about any compliance policies and requirements; and
9. Provide support and assistance to other local branches’ compliance matters.

Candidate Specification:
1. Proven management and organizational abilities;
2. Strong communication and influencing skills;
3. Fluent languages both English and Chinese, especially in written;
4. Ability to analyze complex situations / prioritize actions;
5. Strong knowledge and understanding of local regulatory requirements;
6. Good understanding of insurance operation and its related processes, systems and controls; and
