职位描述：

Responsibility

• Communicate with hiring managers to well understand of job requirements


• Select appropriate channels to search and find right candidates


• Control headhunters, post openings, conduct interviews, provide assessment reports and recommend qualified candidates to hiring manager;


• Propose and negotiate offer with candidates


• Set up and maintain a sufficient candidate database and talent pool


• Provide recruiting report periodically


• Actively explore, develop and manage all kinds of recruiting channels and system, including HR website, headhunter, internal referral, etc.


• Develop and maintain good relationship with targeted universities and carry out campus recruitment


• Prepare for new employee on boarding procedures


• Conduct regular communication with new employees, exit employees, target groups;


• Periodically feedback and propose actions needed to improve employee communication and engagement, taking actions as well.


• Support HR team for company activities (family day, outing, annual dinner, sports games, etc.)


• Actively involve in HR project assignments as needed.

Requirement

• 3-5 years of working experience in recruiting function, Auto industry preferred;


• Competency-based interview skill


• Good interpersonal skills to understand and influence others


• Good MS computer skills


• Good English writing and communication


• Creative problem-solving skills with in-depth strategic thinking and planning


• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality


• Self-motivated to have continuous improvement
