Job Description:
1. Handle all email and phone inquiries with target to convert potential ones to confirm bookings
2. Handle negotiation on new bookings and renewals
3. Conduct viewings/site inspection for potential clients when required
4. Conduct telemarketing cold calls to explore new clients
5. Identify corporate companies to be handed to sales team for explore potential business opportunities
6. Maintain relationship with corporate appointed relocation agents to capture incremental market share of business from competitors
7. Support the sales team as and when required
8. Input data to PMS system
9. Conduct market search and report on competitors activities
10. Review rentals and rates on a regular basis to seize opportunities for incremental revenue with approval from the management
11. Prepare reports for monthly submission of financial results to the management
12. Handle customers’ complaints and special requests.
13. Coordinate with properties and other departments to maintain high service standard
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the property, the brand and the Company.
4. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
6. Good negotiation skills
7. Able to speak and write English Fluently
