Responsible for sales management and development of TRS stores in North area.
? Ensure that the stores are managing the business on a day to day basis by maximizing sales and achieving monthly targets.
? Monitor sales analysis/forecast and develop sales strategies/action plan so as to lead the team achieving targets.
? Monitor competitor’s sales and relevant markets.
Ensure that stores resolve customer complaints effectively.
? Motivate and coach staff appropriately to ensure that respect of company procedures, values and team spirit are in line with corporate standards.
? Ensure that staff is well trained on company procedures, product knowledge, security and operations.
? Team evaluation and turnover rate control. Identify training and development needs and give feedback.
? Evaluate staffing levels on timely basis.
? Recruit and retain talented staff.
? Monitor that after sales service is duly provided by store staff.
? Advice the store staff on after sales service procedure.
Monitor that store staff handle administrative duties, daily reports and staff duty rosters.
? Supervise proper functioning of all sales support IT systems.
? Monitor that stores are properly maintained.
? Conduct regular visits to stores to evaluate and rectify needs and issues.
? Monitor store expenses.
? Monitor the stores are keeping healthy stock level and product mix to reflect sales and customer demands.
Supervise merchandise transfer, stock take and inventory counts.
? Guarantee that stores image and VM display constantly comply with corporate guidelines.
? Build / Maintain KEY customer relationship.
? Make sure customer events are used to enhance/create sales opportunities.
? Coordinate with PR and merchandising teams in organizing In-store & Promotional events to sustain customer loyalty.
Ensure proper customer data acquisition and management on the IT system.

? Identify strategic development opportunities for the TRS business.
? Maintain the good relationship with landlord.
? Maximize overall value of TRS partnership in area.
Required experience:
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience, with 3 years’ relevant working experience in retail industry;
- Communication in both English and Chinese;
- Self-starter and team player
- Good presentation skills and strong in written and verbal
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
