Main Duties
The Position Title is responsible for facilitating the various aspects of PICC’s Multinational Business with AIG China and Multinational Departments and managing A&H projects. Responsibilities include:
Project Management
Responsible for management, coordination and monitor of assigned project to support business unit operations
? Project Management
？ Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management.
？ Leads efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business projects.
？ Participates in strategic planning for the projects.
？ Customer service focused and be able to present findings/reports to peers competently
? Project coordination
？ Develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team's performance of project tasks. Ensures that the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope parameters.
？ Communicates reports regarding project status, risk management and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
？ Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
？ Chair project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
？ Supporting all levels of the organization by generating and analyzing program/project data using standard reporting tools.

？ Track the progress and quality of work
？ Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
？ Compiling Executive Reporting.
Business Development
? Business Development
？ Help AIGBC to explore, identify and develop different business opportunities in the AIG/PICC cooperation such as Multinational Business
？ Promote AIG service to potential MNA cooperation
? Account Management Support
？ Support PICC by conducting research, planning, and implement activities – including but not limited to product, distribution, conversion, stretch budgets, marketing, training, partner incentives, and customer campaign activities
？ Observe and advise on PICC’s operational delivery of products and solutions by collaborating with relevant PICC stakeholders such as finance, call center, claims, and HQ management.
? Strategic Input
？ Collaborate with all stakeholders in PICC and AIG BC in evolving and adapting strategies and providing specific input, direction, and innovative ideas on HQ and Provincial / Branch levels.
？ Ensure knowledge of General insurance and industry news, customers, and market trends; and identify potential opportunities and challenges to feed to PICC team.
? Communication & Marketing
？ Support and advise PICC in all A&H or MNA insurance related industry event planning, sponsorship, management, and attendance; advise on internal and external communications; and development of offline and online marketing materials working with respective stakeholders
？ Ensure best practices for various aspects of the distributions and marketing management are documented and shared in collaboration with the PICC team.
Performance Measurement
? Help PICC in meeting and exceeding their insurance targets
? New business opportunities identified in the AIG/PICC cooperation
? Quality, organization, execution, and punctuality of all PICC’s A&H and MNA Business initiatives
? Key accounts retention
? PICC’s Pipeline management activities and qualified contacts / relationships
Candidate Characteristics
? University degree or above
? 3-5 years’ experience in insurance industry with experienced account management and sales team management
? Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
? High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
? Strong initiative and drive; an entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
? Quick learner, steadfastly self-pushing, self-improvement ability
? Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English required
? Experience in e-commerce
? Proficiency in MS Office
