一、EHS Manager (常州美资企业，机械电子工厂）
Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide proactive environmental, health & Safety leadership for ## Changzhou, China site.
· Ensure compliance of plant operations with governmental regulatory agency requirements related to air, waste, water and associated health and safety.
· Maintain documents required to meet company, China State and Province laws and regulations.
· Lead and develop local EHS team and leverage the resources
· Utilize leadership skills to engage leadership team/supervisors/line leaders and shopfloor employees to increase levels of safety performance.
· Network with China EHS team and global EHS team
· Achieve Global Star Certification for the Changzhou site.
· Apply ergonomic principles to improve workstations and minimize injuries.
· Develop/refine EHS programs, policies and procedures.
· Lead security & crisis management to make sure the key Security guidelines are implemented and the on-site security service team is properly managed.
· Lead medical and food hygiene program;

Qualifications Required:
· BSc Degree or above in Environmental Science. Health & Safety Management, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
· Strong understanding of federal laws and regulations with regard to EHS;
· Understanding of ergonomic principles;
· At least 8 years EHS management experiences and at least 3 years leadership role exposure.
· Computer literate.
· Excellent communication skills;
· Must be comfortable working in a cross-functional diverse environment and under pressure
· Fluent in English

一、 Position: EHS Manager
Direct Report to: Quality Director
Work Location: Shanghai
Position Purpose:
Overall responsible for Company Shanghai factory’s Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental management.
Global EHS coordination in terms of RoHS and REACH compliance.

Responsibilities:
As EHS practicing responsible person for whole Shanghai company.

Take major responsibility at ERT (Emergency response team)
Conduct/organize regular safety audit and implement corrective action base on audit results

In charge of incident investigation and report
Maintain latest EHS Legal documentation, filing all required record (Training/Audit/Corrective Action).
Act as interface with government safety management bureau and corporate EHS management.
Global EHS coordination in terms of RoHS and REACH compliance.
Requirements:
Graduate of Management or Engineering degree or related course, BS or above
At least 10 years experience in EHS Management related position (JV manufacturing company preferred).
More than 5 years people management experience in relevant position
Working experience in telecom companies are preferred
Familiar with all the EHS related techniques, familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001 requirements, familiar with local laws and regulations, good relationship with local government and authorities.
Fully understand legal laws and regulations related to EHS

Abilities to lead teams and cooperative team working
Coaching, communication, leadership and team working skills
