ETM Senior Technician


Requirements:
1. Education and Job Training
1) A high school diploma is required.
中学以上学历
2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in electronic temperature plant.
至少具有5年以上在电子温度计厂工作的经历。
2. Required Job Skills
1) Be good at silver braze, arc- welding work.
擅长钎焊，氩弧焊接操作。
2) Have strong analytical skills on technical issues of electronic temperature.
对电子温度计技术问题有较强的分析能力。
3) Be able to work independently and quickly in stressful situations
能够在紧迫环境下独立并快速工作。
4) Effective communication skills in Chinese
中文有效的沟通能力。
3. Environmental
Environment care


Job Duties:
1) Work closely with production cell to achieve production goals
紧密配合生产工作，协同生产人员完成生产目标。
2) Assists in product development and transition phase, perform reliability testing as needed and so on.
协助产品发展，技术转移等工作，必要时进行可靠性测试
3) Analyzing technical issues and problems, diagnosing problems, providing support to other employees.
分析不良品，找出产生问题的原因，并解决问题
4) Directly support manufacturing with all yield and performance issues. Carry out experiments and analyze results for manufacturing line performance.
给与其他员工技术支持
5) Training of operators/technicians on the product and process.
负责培训产线员工
