Position Summary:

- Achieve and maintain proper cost accounting

- Ensure reliable financial internal and external reportings

Reporting line:

Financial Controller

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform activities covering materials and production costs, costs of sales, factory overhead, etc.

- Compare actual costs to estimates and analyse variances

- Product margin reporting and analytics

- Ensure quality of financial reporting data according to Corporate requirements

- Ensure proper documentation of reporting and calculation procedures

- Translate internal data into external reporting data

- Prepare monthly reporting package (actual results, forecast, budget and the relevant variance analysis)

- Organize and coordinate the budgeting process

- Prepare rolling forecast

- Perform budget vs actual analysis

- Perform feasibility analysis for operation and strategic business decisions

Education and/or Experience:

- University graduate with major in accounting / finance / economics or similar discipline

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, preferably knowledge on standard costing and US GAAP

- Good spoken and written English

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Knowledge on JDE or Yong You will be an added advantage
