The Team Manager works at the front lines of EF Digital Learning. In this role, you will be reporting to the Center Director, leading a team of international teachers to deliver high quality online teaching service to EF students all over China.
Job Responsibilities:
? Act as a liaison between online teachers, center management and other central teams
? Manage a group of online teachers to deliver high quality teaching services to EF online students
? Hire and retain good teachers for EF online business
? Evaluate and improve the academic quality of teaching services
? Implement training and development initiatives for teachers
? Coordinate with central teams to test and pilot new products or services
? Contribute to the development of online and offline systems
? Work alongside other Team Managers to achieve team and center goals
Requirements:
? A Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent work experience is desirable
? 3+ year work experience with at least 1 year in a team management position, experienced in
teaching and/or operations is a plus
? Detail oriented and comfort with operations
? Experience with managing cross cultural teams.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
? Computer literacy and technical skills
