As a MTM Specialist you will personally tailor every suit to the specifications of each independent customer. In this role you will translate your knowledge about fabrics, fits and styles to the customer’s requirements. You are precise, have an eye for detail and are able to build a long term personal relationship with every customer. Responsibilities
- Promote MTM products and services
- Translate customer requirements into a product
- Develop all necessary knowledge about, fabrics, constructions, measuring and style
- Manage customer relations with personal service and after care
- Analyze and manage MTM sales
- Report achievements to the appointed departments at HQ
- Manage appointments with customers and sales advisors

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role or as a sales advisor at a similar company/brand
- Eye for detail and precise
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Service minded
- Knowledge of fabrics, constructions and measurements skill are a plus
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Problem solving attitude
- Affection with fashion and more particular suits
- Languages: Mandarin obligatory, English is a plus

- 提升个人定制服务
- 理解客户需求，并能按客户需求定制服饰
- 建立所需的信息系统，如：面料、衣物结构、尺寸测量和款式风格
- 以专业的服务与客户建立良好的个人关系
- 分析并管理个人定制部分的销售业绩
- 向公司总部指定部门汇报相关业绩
- 管理客户与销售顾问的安排

职位要求
- 1-2年在类似公司或品牌担任过个人定制或销售顾问
- 对每个细节精益求精
- 较强的分析和组织能力
- 较强的服务意识
- 对面料、衣物结构、尺寸测量有经验者优先考虑
- 较强的沟通能力
- 能够以客户为中心
- 具备尽一切所能解决问题的工作态度
