职位描述：
Objective:
? Provide manufacturing engineering daily support to enamel, silk Screen and spray painting production.
? Manage industrialization projects to deliver smooth production start up on time and within budget.
? Provide engineering support to EMS improvement projects.
? Manage capital equipment purchase and commissioning projects to be on time and within budget and deliver equipment performance required.
? Improve manufacturing performance (safety, quality, cost, delivery and people development) by IE&EMS tools.

      Key Operational Responsibilities
      Production Support
? Provide daily problem solving support.
? Provide production support to improve productivity, capacity and capability.
? Provide engineering advice for small continuous improvement activities and assist with re-layout of assembly areas as required.
? Promote safe work practices at all times.
? Provide manufacturing engineering assistance to support QA initiatives.
? Regular review capacity of different product platform according to SIOP, and react with engineering preparations.

      New Product Industrialization
? Manage industrialization projects and participate in PMF gate project meetings. Update PMF gate ME deliverables on time.
? Manage the production start up process for new product industrialization.
? Participate in industrialization project meetings and international phone meeting.
? Provide status reports and maintain ME project files about projects.
? Manage manufacturing verification trial build & write reports.
? Work pro-actively in cross functional teams.
? Research capital equipment suppliers, produce equipment specifications and work with admin dept to obtain quotes and purchase.
? Write investment requests with capital justifications, and manage commissioning of new plant as required.
? Deliver training to users of new or modified equipment or processes for technical process, efficiency, quality and safety, and write working instructions.
? Liaise with admin dept to prepare and implement maintenance procedures to ensure any new or modified equipment is adequately maintained.
? Working with Admin Department, liaise with external providers as required such as toolmakers, fabricators and design consultants for completion of tasks within budget, labor and time constraints.
? Assist in other Engineering activities as assigned by direct Manager.
? Lead the team for OH&S Buy-Off process for new equipment and processes to ensure equipment safety compliance and train personnel to do this.

Qualification Requirements任职资格
   
? At least 3 years Coating process (enamel, silk screen and spray painting) experience. And at least 2 years as a coating engineer to direct operator.
? User of AutoCAD or CATIA;
? English and Chinese language
? Computer literate including Microsoft suite (intermediate Excel), MS project;.
