职位描述：
1.In charge of the orders tracking, coordination and management
负责日常订单跟踪，协调及管理。

2. Deal with local suppliers independently on manufacturing process and shipment, etc. Work closely with factories to improve the service of factory in terms of on-time delivery
独立处理跟踪所负责供应商生产过程及发货，确保工厂及时按要求发货。

3. Report delays for production status directly to the branch manager and will find solutions together with the branch manager
及时跟部门经理报告供应商延迟交货的情况，找到合理的解决办法。

4 Pay attention to all the orders and monitor their process from order placement till shipment to ensure the on-time delivery
 时刻关注所负责的订单，跟踪订单以保证准时发货。

5. Manage and coordinate with suppliers all order-related topics to reach the WIN-WIN solution
管理协调供应商，达到双赢。

6.*** with technical background (like electronic knowledge and machinery background) is preferred
技术背景相关的***优先（电子技术或者机械类相关）

7.Arrange checking schedule for different suppliers
合理安排不同供应商的验货时间


Required Qualifications: 职责要求:

1. Bachelor degree in foreign trade
外贸相关专业，本科以上

2. More than two years related work experience, be familiar with the import and export operational procedure and trade management (knows West-Europe OEM experience can be preferred)
两年以上相关工作经验，熟悉进出口日常操作流程，尤其熟悉西欧国家OEM贴牌相关经验。

3. Smart, clear thinking, enthusiastic and willing to take challenge
聪明，理性，热情，乐于挑战

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
较好的沟通能力，人际交往能力

6. Good command of English and strong MS office skills
英语熟练，善于使用MS OFFICE。

7. Hard working, independent, responsible and team player
工作认真努力，独立，负责，具有团队合作精神

8. Willing to work under pressure
 有抗压能力

9.Experience in SAP operation is preferred.
