职位描述：
The Responsibilities
? Offering a demanding and multifaceted activity as a Digitization Specialist, supporting the development of smart services, smart products and smart production.
? Digitization related coaching & technology support of our divisions in the region Asia-Pacific.
? Introduction of technological digitization standards for worldwide digitization projects.
? Prototype construction & hardware related programming of software.
? Scouting of new digital technology fields.
? Establishing and maintaining a good network with relevant digitization experts in the technology hotspots and universities in Asia-Pacific.
? In charge of the realization of digitization projects.
? Developing prototypes and software based solutions in our location in Shanghai for the digital transformation of our divisions


The Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering (Or comparable degree)
? At least 5 years working experience in related Function.
? At least 3 years’ experience in agile project management.
? Analytical and structured working methodology & conceptual thinking.
? Ability for explaining complex technologies in easy words to our business stakeholders.
? Excellent knowledge of programming (embedded systems).
? In-depth special knowledge of IT baseline technologies (cloud, networks, user interface).
? Familiar in building prototypes with electronic components (microcontroller, embedded systems, sensors, circuits).
? Experience in agile project work.
? Distinct ability to communicate and work as a part of a team.
? Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (optional command of German) 举报 分享
