R&R
1. Plan, direct and deliver customized HR services to support business partners;
2. Lead the activities including staffing, employee relations, performance management and other HR related activities
3. Proactively recommend HR solutions to improve employee performance, retention, development and employee value proposition
4. Work with various parties to organize employee activities to enhance employee engagement and promote culture and values
5. Generate and analyze various HR reports to identify HR areas for improvement proactively
6. HR initiatives, activities and reports assigned by HR Leader or management team to support achieving business objectives
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Required Attributes
1. University degree, preferably in HRM or Business Management
2. A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience and having HR business partnering in the manufacturing function is an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of HR function including social legislation, talent development, and performance management are preferred in this role.
4. Passionate about HR business partnering job and is willing to learn
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across different levels of the function
