职位描述：
The Responsibilities
? Supervise day-to-day financial accounting activities
主持日常财务、会计及税务管理工作，管理监督基础财务的工作质量；
? Preparation of reports and analysis.
? 财务报表及财务分析工作
? Develop and implement Finance policy and procedures for the plant
? 建立公司的会计核算体系，制定会计核算制度及财务管理制度，并监督执行
? Responsible for monthly financial and management reporting
? 负责财务报表及财务分析工作
? Responsible for annual budget and forecast
? 负责公司年度预算及成本控制分析
? Interface with relevant authorities on audit, tax, treasury and other financial matters
? 做好帐务核对，组织审计工作定期清理往来帐户，及时催收和清偿款项，做好帐务核对
? Build finance team, coach & guide the subordinates to meet the development requirements of business
? 负责部门团队建设及员工培养，制定财务内部相关指标，做好绩效考核管理
? Assist in ERP system implementation
? 协助ERP的上线及使用

The Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or closely related field.
? Three or more years of experience in cost accounting and/or plant controllership.
? Strong internal consulting skills and understanding business processes.
? Proactive, energetic, flexible and team oriented are attributes of an individual that will be successful in this position.
? Deep knowledge of cost and managerial accounting.
? Strong written and verbal communications skills.
? Expert Excel skills and deep experience in ERP systems.
