职位描述：
?Establish and implement overall human resources infrastructure, processes, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate HR policies
?Develop and manage the selection and recruitment processes
?Support and promote the training and development of employees by designing, developing and implementing programs
?Review and recommend compensation and benefit programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, and in compliance with the local legal requirements
?Recommend and manage the budget in relations to compensation, benefits, training and HR issues.
?Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
?Provide employees attendance records
?Perform daily payroll department operations
?Manage communications regarding new hiring, terminations, extensions and conversions from temporary to permanent contracts
?Prepare periodical HR Administration reporting

Requirement

- 5+ years of Human Resources management experience in Asia countries
- Well rounded experiences in all HR key disciplines including Selection and Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English (Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage)
- Proficient use of personal computers including Microsoft Office Software 举报 分享
