职位描述：
岗位职责：
财务类
1、申请票据，购买发票，准备和报送会计报表，协助办理税务报表的申报；
2、现金及银行收付处理，单据审核，开具与保管发票；
3、协助财会文件的准备、归档和保管；
4、固定资产和低值易耗品的登记和管理；
行政人事类
1、负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约，接待及面试;?　　
2、员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理;　　
3、公司内部员工档案的建立与管理;　　
4、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达;　　
5、负责公司各部门的行政后勤类相关工作;　　
6、负责考勤及工资绩效的核算;　　
7、负责部门一些日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政人事方面的工作;　　
8、负责制定、监督及执行企业管理规章制度、行政人事管理制度以及工作流程、绩效考核制度;
任职资格：
全日制大专学历，精通office软件，较好的语言表达能力沟通能力，抗压能力强，认真细致。
