职位描述：
? Develop processes for new products. Analysis of the requirements, process flow definition, tooling and machine specification, tryout and validation;
新产品的工艺开发。分析需求，工艺流程确定，工装和设备标准，选拔和验证
? Provide the tools and devices needed for each productive operation of a particular product to ensure the quality and delivery time of this product according to the needs of each client;
根据每个客户的需求，对于专门产品的生产提供所需的模具和设备来确保质量和交货时间
? Define process parameters and related documentation; 确定工艺参数和相关文件
? Support the troubleshooting activities; 支持问题解决
? Elaborate and continuous update on process documentation (process card, control plan, work instruction, PFMEA, etc); 根据工艺文件（批次卡，控制计划，工作说明，PFMEA等）不断工艺文件并把工艺文件做详细
? Develop new error proofing tooling / devices in order to reduce the cost of processing and ensuring the quality of products supplied to the customer.

? Provide technical assistance through interaction with production, R & D, Quality and Maintenance suggesting and implementing changes in the process or in the product to optimize cycle time, reduce cost of raw materials and consumables, as well as improve safety conditions of both the product and operators . 通过跟生产，研发，质量以及维修的互动来提供技术支持，建议和执行在工艺或者产品的改进来优化节拍时间，降低原料成本和易耗品，同时提升产品和操作工的安全环境。
? Technically support the Technology and Production in try-out activities always looking to meet customer expectations and concepts adopted by Marelli, preparing the process to meet the requirements of the start-up of production.技术和生产在试生产阶段提供技术支持，需要达到客户期望值以及马瑞利的理念，准备流程达到生产启动要求
?
