职位描述：
Capital Dynamics Asset Management (HK) Private Limited is a fund manager and holds a Type 9 licence issued by the Securities and Futures Commission. Capital Dynamics Hong Kong currently offers discretionary managed account service to professional investors with plans to launch retail funds in future.

As a member of a pioneering team, you are expected to play a key role in helping to build the fund accounting and operations. As this position demands a wide range of responsibilities, you must be committed, self-motivated, very resourceful, and remain long-term focused. For the high performers, you can expect a fast career track.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Daily fund accounting, resolution of discrepancies with transfer agent's and custodian's records, etc;
- Calculation of Net Asset Value, including monthly reconciliations;
- Handle trade processing and settlements, monitoring of corporate actions, liaising with service providers;
- Preparation of billing to clients; and
- Support senior management to ensure smooth day to day operations

Requirements:
- A solid degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline or equivalent professional certification; Professional qualification/s are not essential.
- A strong knowledge of corporate actions, trade settlements, cash and valuation reconciliations and portfolio accounting.
- Although applicants with 1 to 2 years of fund accounting experience, especially in equities / managed funds, in the asset management or financial industry would be desired, candidates with financial accounting experience in non-related industries and fresh graduates who are undaunted by the challenge of a steep learning curve are encouraged to apply.
- Deadline oriented, with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Attention to details and good problem solving skills
- Able to multitask and work independently.

- 为客户准备发放账单；及
- 协助高级管理层以保持日常运营工作顺利进行。

任职要求：
- 持有优秀的会计、金融或相关专业本科文凭；不一定需要相关专业证书。
- 对股市活动、交易处理、现金与估值调节、投资会计核算有相当强的背景知识。
- 1或2年以上的资产或基金行政管理经验优先。拥有非相关基金会计经验或是愿意接受挑战的会计应届毕业生亦可申请。
- 具备能够在紧迫的期限里完成任务的能力；良好的人际和公关能力。
- 一丝不苟以及应变能力强。
- 具有独立工作和同时开展多种任务的能力。
