Job Summary：
This role will focus on the areas of talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as BU contact window to support whole region.
Job responsibility
- Lead recruiting operation system to support booming business expansion and manpower needs.
- Manage hiring needs system by Q and actively response to new manpower needs
- Support both entry level and manager level recruiting
- Deeply understand business operation and distribute resources to each BU and area via an efficient way
- Maintain and develop regional recruiting system and educate BU managers to assess talent in a professional methodology
- Actively expand more talent channels and utilize the most popular social media tools to attract talents
-Work closely with regional HRM to deploy manpower internally to build up the best talent structure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, Major in HR will be a plus
- At least 5 years recruiting working experiences and is good at mass recruitment and used to work in MNC will be a big plus
- Strong influence ability, can communicate with BU manager in an appropriate way
- Very professional manner and thinking
- Strong ability of problem-solving
- Work with passion and never give up
