职位描述：
As a sales/personal stylist, you will actively engage customers to provide comprehensive service and support in their shopping experience, so a highly-organized, amiable and detailed personality is a must. You will advise your customers with your outstanding personal style to select the perfect clothes by phone, email, and social media like Wechat. You are the ‘face' of the business – owning customer experience and promoting a culture that ensures the customer is at the center of everything we do.

Responsibilities
? In charge of web store sales orders, deliveries and returns
? Assisting customers in all online platforms i.e. phone, email and social media
? Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends and a professional service to our clients
? Build lasting relationships with clients, develop open channels of communication and become a reliable advisor
? Ensuring optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
? Handling customer complaints
? Providing a generally heightened level of customer service
? Register and report daily data
? Working closely with internal cross-functional departments such as Finance and Logistic to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
? Ensure all relevant sales processes are compliant with company policy

 Requirements
? Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
? Strongly sales driven
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
? Social media proficiency
? Can do, hands on and teamwork spirit
? Retail experience preferable
? Outstanding personal style and fashion knowledge preferable
? Sales & customer service-oriented mindset
? Willingness to work in flexible shifts
