Job responsibility
1.Setting up the quality systems and procedures in the new plant along the lines of
the parent plant.
2.Verification of fabricated steel structures & sub-assemblies involving material
traceability, welding inspection, dimensional checks& NDT and structural paint work. "
3.Qualify and maintain welding and NDE procedures and welder and NDE personnel
qualifications.
4.Verification of hydraulic and electrical sub-assemblies for compliance to standards
and good manufacturing practice.
5.Ensure that necessary test gauges and equipments and calibrated before use.
6.Functional and load testing of equipment.
7.Final checks for ensuring compliance to all contractual requirements.
8.Satisfactory resolution of product non-conformance.
9.Compile all the quality related documentation for the project and workshop.
10.Training of QC personnel for carrying out relevant works.
11.Carry out quality audits for verifying compliance to the quality management system
& assist in maintaining system based on the ISO 9001 standards.



Job requirement
1.College or above degree, over 10 years experience in steel structural/machinery
manufacturing environment or related industry ;
2.Experienced in welding processes and testing procedures
3.Required to have perfect quality system, and have the experience to machine shop relevant practices.
4.Fluently both in written and spoken English
5.Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements
6.Good communication skills and proficiency in English
7.Experienced in handling quality issues and customers' complaints
