Job Description:

* Support cross functional Quality-improvement teams.
* Advise on specification/engineering changes for Current Products to make machines "fit for China”.
* Support localization for mechanical/plastic parts.
* CPE has the technical knowledge to advise and take decisions regarding technical issues and questions from Sourcing, Marketing, Production and Service/Sales.
* Advise on part/sub-system/system testing and validation.
* Responsible for setting up and maintaining BOM (Bill of material) in SAP.
* Must be able to work with 3D CAD (Solid Works & UG)

Requirement:
? CPE must have 3-5 years engineering experience in Design Engineering and/or Current Product Engineering;
? Bachelor or Master Degree in (mechanical) engineering;
? Preferably big and small company experience;
? Broader engineering experience (not only focus on 1 or 2 small parts);
? Design Experience with Sheet metal, Castings, Steel welding;
? Familiar with plastic part for injection, thermal, and Rotomolding processes;
? Functional Analysis, DFMEA, DVP&R, ECN, VA/VE, FEA Analysis, Benchmark Analysis;
? Proven problem solving capabilities;
? Self-starting, initiative, ownership;
? Very strong focus on execution and getting things done.
? Good in communications amongst his peer group on the globe, as well as to higher management and assemblers;

? Passion for technical issues;
? Make his hands dirty, be active and visible on the shop floor;
