Responsible for physical, chemical and material testing of
products
负责产品的物理性能、化学性能和材料性能的检测

Receive and analysis internal, external customer test
requirement
接收和分析内部、外部客户的测试委托

Prepare test needed tools, consumable things, etc. plan test
schedule and perform the test
准备测试需要的工具、耗材等，安排测试进度，完成实验

Analysis test result, write test report
分析测试结果，编写测试报告

Evaluate and develop new test method
评估、开发新的检测方法

Coordinate external test supplier for outsource test
协调外部测试供应商，完成委外测试

Coordinate supplier for measurement equipment’s repair and
maintenance
协调供应商进行测量设备的维修、保养

Create and manage the test documentation according to
customer & Hella requirements

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

Necessary requirements 任职资格

University degree in Chemical or Material Engineering

化学或材料专业本科以上学历

5+ years working experience of lab testing, have failure
analysis experience is much better.
5年以上测试相关工作经验， 有电子企业实验室失效分析工作经验优先。

Familiar with test methods and experience in handling of
test equipment, e.g.: Cross section, thickness test, Electronic Microscope, DSC,
TGA, FT-IR, SEM-EDS, GC-MS, etc.
熟悉实验室测试方法，有相关测试设备的使用经验，如：研磨机，Fisher膜厚仪，数码显微镜，DSC, TGA, FT-IR,
SEM-EDS, GC-MS等

Good communication skill, coordination skill and teamwork
skill
具有良好的沟通技巧，协调技巧和团队合作技巧

Fluent English, both oral and written. Able to communicate
with foreign colleague directly both via email and phone
英语读写熟练，能够直接用email和电话与国外同事沟通
