Job Description:
1) Responsible for payment proposal settlement and account clearing in FSSC;
2) Responsible for bank account maintenance, including bank account opening, closing and information updating in time;
3) Maintain Treasury & banking system, ensure accuracy and transparency of actual cash flow data;
4) Responsible for bank notes management, including bank notes compliance checking, storage, collecting and discounting, tracking bank notes report;
5) Assist in financing project, including internal / external loan drawdown, trade finance, L/C, bank guarantee, etc. tracking outstanding loans;
6) Other task assigned by treasury team leader & head of finance;
Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree or above, major in accounting, finance or a related field.
2) Minimum of 2~3 years of experiences in treasury or accounting, MNC experience is preferred; Familiar with bank draft preferred.
3) Good customer service mentality; Good communication skill.
4) Active working attitude in a team, self-motivated, implements & supports change initiatives, ability to work under pressure.
5) Good written and verbal English and Mandarin.
6) Good Skills in software including MS office, SAP.
