Our tax practice revolves around helping our clients effectively manage their tax obligations proactively and responsibly. As part of a global team of 35,000 tax professionals in 150 countries, you will advise clients on planning, compliance and reporting wherever the client has needs. Groups (or, as we call them – sub-service lines) within Tax include Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Human Capital, Indirect Tax Services, International Tax Services and Transaction Tax Services.

Our business tax services help clients succeed by assisting them with the strategic and operational challenges facing their tax functions, analyzing tax opportunities and benefits that can be attained by them, assisting clients in identifying and managing strategic opportunities and risks that relate to significant prospective planning, and providing tax-related domestic and cross-border planning and compliance assistance to business-connected individuals and their associated entities. Projects that you can expect to be involved in:

• Tax Function Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate or optimize tax operation structure by assessing current state, benchmarking with leading practice, providing optimization solution options, etc.
• Process and Controls Enhancement: Re-design and deploy streamlined tax processes including new technology solutions with clear roles and responsibilities, standardized work processes, proper controls embedded to manage risks.
• Data and Systems Effectiveness: Embed the needs of Tax into Finance and IT systems to increase automation and data quality throughout tax processes; automate tax processing, tax compliance and reporting through various tax technologies.
• Risk Management: Assess and prioritize tax risks to establish a proper control environment that takes into account the various regulatory regimes.

To qualify, candidates should have:

• Good object-oriented design and good coding skills in C#, VBA
• Solid experience in .Net Framework
• Experience in development of front-end web pages, familiar with html, css, javascript, jquery, and common framework as bootstrap etc.
• Skill in MS SQL Server, familiar with SQL, triggers, functions, stored procedures, the preparation of capacity. Oracle is a plus.
• Good skills in computer science fundamentals.
• Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience.
• Experience of C/S and B/S model development experience.
