Role details
? Manage the assigned inspection work, supervise the inspectors’ work.
? Conduct and manage the suppliers’ system audit or supplier process audit as requested.
? Solve the quality complaints from customers and come up with the corrective actions. (8D proces)
? Work with the suppliers to set up the testing facilities as requested.
? Work with customers to create the insepction reports.
? Collect the quality data as requested. Manage maintain the quality data as requested.
? Continuously improve the quality (product/process/factory).
? Assist the project manager on the samples/testing tasks if necessary.
? Create the weekly, monthly reports.
? Maintain the quality data/system.
Skills and Experience
? College/Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Related Field.
? GD&T proficiency, good understanding of tolerance stack-up and measurements.
? Good mathematical and analytical ability. Good understanding quality tools (DOE, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
? Experienced in IS9001 requirements, Lead internal auditor.
? Having the window/door hardware experience is preferred. Mechanical background is the least.
? Having surface treatment experience is preferred.
? Having tooling experience is preferred.
? Good command of English speaking and writing.
? Having experience of leading a quality team.
