职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 指导电气装配组完成装配工作；
2. 参与电气装配组日常装配工作；
3. 遵照并优化工作流程；
4. 进行设备调试；
5. 对各相关部门提供技术支持（采购、售后等）；
6. 根据机器说明书，仔细检查集团提供的物料清单和图纸；
7. 在系统中准确输入物料清单的项目及规格以便采购部门进行采购工作；
8. 准备设备电气部件的相关文件，与机器一起发送给客户；
9. 每周更新设备进展流程向集团工程部汇报。

职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，电气工程专业毕业；
2. 至少3年以上设备生产制造领域电气相关工作经验；
3. 了解西门子PLC和马达控制系统；
4. 熟悉Win CC flexible；
5. 良好的领导及沟通能力；
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力，CET4；
7. 稳定，具有带动力；
8. 自觉性，具备独立工作的能力；
9. 能接受出差。


Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and guide the Team of electric assembler
2. Daily schedule of work in assembler Team
3. Follow and optimize processes
4. Test Run on Machine
5. Technical support to different Departments (Purchasing, After Sales etc.)
6. Control the BOM and drawings carefully from Group according to machine specification / PO
7. Input of the right Items and specifications of the BOM in ERP for following purchase process
8. Prepare the electrical Documentation for sending with the machine to customer
9. Weekly update of machine in process to Head of Group Engineering.

Job Requirements
1. Associate degree in Electric Engineering
2. Above 3 years working experience in electrical of manufacturing machine background
3. Knowledge about Siemens PLC and motor control system
4. Visualization knowledge Win CC flexible
5. Proven leadership / communication skills
6. English CET-4 is a must
7. Looking for long term perspective，able to motivate subordinated employees
8. Self-motivated, independent working ability
