职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination to push forward the implementation of cross-function projects.
负责部门内外的沟通协调，以协助推进跨部门项目在本部门的落实。
2、Responsible for administrative activities within the departments
负责管理部门内行政事务.
3、Develop department level schedule based on business needs and monitor team members follow up.
根据业务需要制定部门内的日程表，并遵照其内容督促各团队执行。
4、Assist depearment head to collect and surmarize whole deparment's annual budget; control budget based on department's situation.
整理部门内预算信息，根据实际情况协助部门控制成本。
5、Schedules and arrange meetings
组织并安排各类会议
6、Establishes and maintains files and records.
部门材料及重要文件的归档和管理
7、Assist to develop and improve the processes and procedures
协助团队制定及改进本部门相关流程
8、Other all relative business support in department or division
部门内相关的业务支持

Requirement
要求
College degree or above
大专及以上学历
At least 1 year working experience as Assistant
至少1年以上助理类岗位相关经验
Good communicaiton and organization skills;Good English both in verbal and written;competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
