1. 主要职责Key Responsibilities:
- 在分配的区域内,认真实施本部门制定的市场开发计划,努力扩大我公司的市场份额。
To execute the market developing plan conscientiously, try the best to increase market share.
- 成本部门下达的年度及季度销售及盈利(或费用控制)指标,并力争超额。
Achieve the annual/quarter sales target, margin(within cost control) and collection target, try the best to excess the targets which required by the department
-积极开发新市场和新产品应用。
Develop new market and apply new product actively.
- 及时访问客户,同重要客户建立密切的业务关系,在公司的客户信息系统中认真录入客户信息。
Visit customers regularly and build close business relationship with key customers. Input the customer information in company’s database.
- 了解客户的需求及满意程度,填报POR,提出改进公司产品及服务的意见。
Understand the requirement and comments from customers, fill POR and provide suggestions to improve products and service.
- 紧密跟踪重要项目,按公司规定的管理程序报告和参与重大项目活动,提高获得重大项目的成功率。
Follow up closely with the key projects, report and participate key projects according to company policy to
- 认真执行本部门的价格和折扣计划,按公司规定完成从报价、录入合同(定单)、订货、出库、催款的销售工作流程。
To execute the pricing and discounting plan of the department conscientiously, to complete sales process from offering, booking, ordering, shipment and collection.
- 认真执行公司关于信用控制及催款的有关规定,确保所负责的应收款状况达到公司规定的要求。
To execute the company policy of credit control and tracking payment conscientiously, to ensure meet the company requirement of collections.
- 积极参与产品展览等市场宣传活动。
Actively attend corresponding exhibition and some other marketing promotion activities.
- 积极参加内外部人员的产品和技术培训。
Actively attend internal or external products and technical training.
- 按照公司批准的协议和条款,管理和协调所负责区域内的经销商或代理商的业务活动。
Manage and coordinate business activities of agents and distributors in responsible area according to the agreements and terms approved by the company
2. 任职资格Position Qualification Requirement:
- 专业背景和资历素质
Education & Professional Background
- 生物, 化学,药学,医疗背景, 本科以上学历
Above bachelor degree of biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical and medical or related.
3. 相关工作经验Relevant Experience
- 3年以上相关工作经验(医疗或过滤领域)
Above 3 years related working experience(medical or filtration field)
4. 语言技能Language Skills
- 较好的英文交流能力
Good English communication skills
5. 其它要求Other Requirements
- 有一定的销售技巧和渠道,一定的经销商管理经验,良好的沟通能力,踏实,肯干,能频繁出差
