岗位职责和任职要求：
1.负责计算机软硬件的日常维护及管理；
2.各类电脑软件，硬件故障，处理各类网络和系统故障；
3.电脑的操作系统、应用软件的安装、升级和日常维护；
4 负责突发性事件的快速响应和处理，解决网络故障；
5.电脑周边设备的安装和维护
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，大专及以上学历,至少一年以上相关工作经验 ；
2、熟悉windows xp、vista、7等操作系统安装、使用，包括系统设置、安全设置、常用系统命令等；
3、较强维护能力，能够独立维护电脑、打印机等日常办公设备
4、动手能力强，有较强的自学能力及解决问题能力；
5、具有吃苦耐劳精神、良好的服务意识、上进心和责任心
Job Major Responsibilities:
1. Deliver IT support service to end-user, including faculty, staff and students;
2. Deliver IT support for Shenzhen region schools.
3. Assist to build new school network;
4. Maintain IT documents and service guides.
Job Basic Requirements:
1. Strong sense of responsibility;
2. Strong sense of customer oriented;
3. Strong problem solving skill;
4. Must be a good team player and self-motivated
5. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
6. Solid knowledge about usage of MS Office 2010/2016, Win10/Win7
7. Well-known in Ethernet and daily network troubleshooting;
8. Competent in resolving issues of both hardware and software.
9. Proficiency in the concept of MS AD.
10. Well-known in comprehensive cabling.
11. Well-known in Virtualization Technology is preferred.
12. Having experience in project management is preferred.
13. Willing OT during the holiday for emergency situation.
