Are you looking for an exciting internship in which you will have the opportunity to touch a wide range of projects and initiatives and work cross-functionally? Do you want to acquire hands-on experience in strategy analysis and project management methodologies and processes?

Vorwerk is a German family-owned enterprise with a history of more than 130 years. We are specialized at providing high-quality household appliances, such as vacuum cleaners and kitchen appliances, to families around the world. In the Strategy & Project Management Department, we are currently looking for a highly motivated intern who is interested to be part of the project management team from project set-up to project execution to benefit follow-up. This internship will provide you with an opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and apply your theoretical knowledge into practice.

In this department, we work to promote a company culture of productivity, respect, openness, and excellence.

Tasks that you can expect:
-Work cross-functionally in coordinating with marketing, business development, training, e-commerce, IT, and operations for different topics, such as new product launch and business model enhancement.
-Assist in managing project status documentation and communications.
-Proactively track deliverables and identify risks and issues.
-Coordinate with the third-party service providers on cooperative efforts to support project delivery.
-Conduct internal and external analysis for strategy formation.

As a qualified candidate, you need to:
-have a major in business-related fields, such as business administration, marketing, finance, and economics.
-demonstrate a strong interest in learning new things and skills.
-possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-have a good command of English and Chinese.
-be able to use Office software (eg. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) professionally.
-be available for at least 3 days a week.

Some international experience (study or internship) is a plus. The period and salary of this internship is negotiable.
