职位描述：
“枫中英才”培养计划是枫华集团针对国内知名师范院校应届毕业生或留学归国2年内的毕业生特别推出的培训生培养计划，通过1-3年结构化的训练和岗位轮换，使他们成为岗位高绩效的专家型人才或跨职能型的管理人才。
招聘要求：
全日制本科及以上学历，海外知名院校毕业，教育学专业优先考虑
工作经验不限，但有教育行业实习经验者优先考虑
有志于在教育行业发展，能接受异地派遣
流利的中英文听说读写能力，雅思总分及单项均在6分以上（托福取得同等成绩）
出色的理解力与沟通能力，优秀的学习能力、问题分析与解决能力，良好的抗压能力，有一定的人际关系意识与处理技巧
