RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
The Director of online tuition is responsible for managing and developing the online tuition department of BE, working with the team to develop services offered and expand on the current operations. Core responsibilities as follows:
? Drive the sales expansion of online tuition
? Help to develop the recognition of the BE brand in the market
? Support the online tuition team with development the sales process of online tuition products
? Work with the Education Supervisor to Ensure E-learning class scheduling is completed to the needs of the department and its customers
? Ensure the required quality of service performance is provided to customers
? Develop new revenue streams with the introduction of products that meet the needs of customers
? Develop marketing channels for the online tuition service
? Manage the performance of the online tuition team
? Develop skills and training of the online tuition team
? Introduce and develop customer service measurements
KPI
? Generation of new high-quality channels of marketing and product offered
? Number of new customers
? Customer retention
? Profitability
? Customer service measurement
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS 任职要求
A successful candidate has:
? Bachelor or Master degree
? Excellent communications skills in Mandarin and English
? Experience in developing the business of an online platform – Education industry preferred
? A minimum 2 years of work experience related to International Education preferred
? Knowledge of the education systems of the U.K. and U.S. preferred
? Strong sense of sales
? Understanding of importance of brand consistency and experience
? Experience in developing the marketing strategy for a growing online business
